Please understand we are our own separate entity. Working at our cafe does not count as volunteer hours towards the convention nor guarantees a free ticket for the convention. You must provide appropriate themed uniform.

Would you like to join our café and be a part of everything we do?

Then please read carefully on what we ask from you as everything is important and will determine if you will be accepted or not.

All questions can be answered at the interview process which will be after reviewing your application.

Requirements: 
 

1. We do not accept applicants who are within another cafe or under the age of 18.

 

2. You must communicate and contribute to meetings, rehearsal, events, etc. The first 2 events are mandatory once joined.

 

3. You must have a reliable form of transportation.

 

4. Provide your own temporary uniform until you can purchase our official uniform. (Custom made for you)

5. Follow all rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment within our group. List of the rules provided below.

Rules:

These rules are here to protect you as we are responsible for whatever may happen to you, if at all, when partaking in our cafe. Filling out an application form states you have read and agreed to our rules and will abide by them. As being a part of this cafe you are agreeing to the following:

Safety

​

1) On the day of an event during breaks or off time, a head member must know of your whereabouts when separated from the group. We treat everyone in the group like family and do not want something to happen to you!

​

2) For both your privacy and safety no personal information will be given or accepted by guest. Feel free to talk about hobbies and interest with guests but refrain from topics that mention where you go to school, live, work, name and your age. Everyone is given a persona to keep your personal life private and separate from your maid/butler life. Whatever name you picked for your maid/butler persona is what everyone will address you by when in uniform. You will also address other members by their maid/butler name.

3) Keep physical contact limited. Only time physical contact is allowed is in requested photos, games or a few other special cases. Inform a head if you see or experience constant misbehavior. In the case of an emergency only heads are allowed to treat/detain a person until professionals arrive. If you so choose to take action we are not responsible for whatever consequences you may receive.

Treating Our Guests & Members.

​

1) We wish to avoid any negativity in our cafe so do not upset our guests or other members with meaningless affairs. Avoid topics that can cause any kind of drama. Any issues with a member can be dealt with outside of cafe hours.

2) Treat everyone as equals. Avoid idolizing one guest over the others. If you are aware that you will have friends or family wanting your attention and know you can’t not fulfill this task then kindly reject them.

​

3) Be respectful of the guests' feelings and don't lead them on when trying to be "charming". We do not tolerate excessive flirting as it causes guest to get the wrong idea about our cafe. If you are dating a guest or member please do not involve the cafe with your relationship. Kindly reject a guest if asked out.

Treachery

​

1) Stealing and/or damaging any of the cafe's property or other values may become a legal case if we see fit. This may also includes returning of our uniform or other items "loan" to you. Caught doing this will result in removal of the cafe.

​

2) Joining our cafe just to take ideas or members to join another group is not acceptable. Once you are removed from the cafe for whatever reason, you will not be able to join or create another maid cafe group for 6 months. This is consider a non-compete clause which is included with this agreement. This may result to a legal case if we see fit.

​

3) Causing damage to our reputation and/or partnerships will result in a punishment. Any unauthorized actions, promises and other interactions with another party or group that causes any form of sabotage will qualify as damage.  We have the right to take any necessary actions to resolve said damage.
